Terms and Conditions for Ramyam IELTS Services

1. Introduction

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of IELTS training services by Ramyam IELTS, a part of Ramyam Australian Education and Visa Services Private Limited (“Ramyam”). By enrolling in our IELTS program, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

2.1 Ramyam offers comprehensive IELTS training services to help students prepare for the IELTS examination.

2.2 The training program includes but is not limited to classroom instruction, study materials, practice tests, and individualized coaching.

2.3 Ramyam does not guarantee a specific score on the IELTS examination, as individual performance may vary.

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 To enroll in the IELTS program, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and complete information as requested.

3.2 Payment for the IELTS services shall be made as per the agreed-upon fee structure. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All study materials, content, and resources provided by Ramyam are the intellectual property of Ramyam and are protected by copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any materials without prior written consent from Ramyam.

5. Student Responsibilities

5.1 As a student enrolled in the IELTS program, you are responsible for attending classes, participating actively, completing assignments, and adhering to the provided study schedule.

5.2 You must behave respectfully towards trainers, staff, and fellow students. Any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of your enrollment without refund.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 If you wish to cancel your enrollment in the IELTS program, you must notify Ramyam in writing. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation policy outlined in the fee structure and enrollment agreement.

6.2 Ramyam reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, change trainers, or modify the training schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, reasonable efforts will be made to provide suitable alternatives or refunds as applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Ramyam shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the provision or use of the IELTS services.

7.2 Ramyam does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from the student’s failure to achieve desired IELTS scores or secure admission to any specific educational institution.

8. Confidentiality and Data Protection

8.1 Ramyam respects your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. By enrolling in the IELTS program, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data for the purposes of providing the services and communicating with you.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Ramyam is based. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
